Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: We prepare and hand off these orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on weekdays are handled the same business day whenever feasible. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, will be handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Because we begin processing orders quickly to keep dispatch times short:

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged because of a shipping delay, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue an immediate full refund or free replacement.
